NOPD: Mingling men arrested after placing guns down in public view

NEW ORLEANS —

Two men, who police said have lengthy criminal records, were arrested Sunday when officers witnessed the men take guns out of their waistbands in plain view in Central City.

Another person, who police said was mingling with the two, was also arrested on outstanding warrants.
