Plaquemines Parish: Cigarette store burglary suspect in custody

An Algiers man, Randy Declouet, turned himself in to Plaquemines Parish deputies after surveillance video was released. Declouet is accused of burglarizing a cigarette store along with another man. The burglary was caught on tape.
