Pineville, LA: Man Arrested For Child Abuse

A Pineville man is accused of beating a child until there were bruises.
RPSO says they were called to the 800 block of Williams Lake Road where Jacob Fontenot, 28, was accused of beating a child with a belt and then taking a car without permission.
