A police officer in Philadelphia is filmed allegedly punching a woman in the face during the city’s Puerto Rican Day Parade. Report by Sam Datta-Paulin.

Officer Who Hit Woman Will Be Fired

Veteran Philadelphia Police Lt. Jonathan Josey is suspended with the intent to dismiss after he was [taped] hitting a woman and handcuffing her at Puerto Rican Day festivities. The woman, Aida Guzman, was cleared of charges and her lawyer says she hopes for an apology.
