Authorities say Ronald Anthony Harrell, 38, of Baton Rouge and Junius Dedrick III, 46, of Ventress were the two men found in the car. The Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office said both victims had been shot.
Harry Prater, 30, of Baton Rouge was arrested and charged with two counts of first degree murder and one count of obstruction of justice. Brandi Singleton, 29, of Baton Rouge was also arrested and charged with one count of obstruction of justice.
Both were arrested in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked as fugitives from Iberville.
