A driver pulled over Dec. 13 on Willow Glen Road in Alexandria for not using headlights now is facing drug charges, according to a Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office release.
When the vehicle was pulled over, the driver, Vance Lajon Williams, 31, of 2728 Harris St. in Alexandria, got out and walked to the passenger side. Deputies approached him, and smelled marijuana from inside the vehicle.
