TEXARKANA, TX (KSLA) –
Deputies in Bowie County are on the hunt for a prisoner who escaped from the county jail while still in handcuffs.
Deputies say that surveillance video they released on Tuesday shows Demontrius Witcher, 26, running from the Bi-State Justice Center. His hands are cuffed and behind his back.
