Reports by psychiatrists Dr. James Anderson and Dr. Garrett Ryder both found Damon Troy Skipper, 45, mentally competent to stand trial.
Skipper, charged with two counts of aggravated incest, indecent behavior with juveniles and aggravated rape, told the judge that he agreed with the doctors’ assessment and was ready to proceed with trial.
