A Hot Wells-area mother and son are facing charges of accessory after the fact and obstruction of justice related to a sex case involving a younger sibling, according to a release.
Shelby Viola Lincecum Glover Chisenhall, 48, and Randy James Glover Jr., 25, both of 10 Bath House Road in Hot Wells, were arrested Wednesday after warrants were served at multiple residences in the Boyce area, according to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Chisenhall and Glover Jr. both were booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center and charged with one count each of being an accessory after the fact and one count each of obstruction of justice. Both are being detained in lieu of $50,000 bonds.
The younger sibling, Shelby William Rei Glover, 18, also of 10 Bath House Road, was booked Wednesday on two counts of aggravated rape and four counts of pornography involving juveniles. He is being detained in lieu of a $362,750 bond.
The investigation is continuing, and more arrests are possible, according to the release.
