Police say Jordan Martinez was last seen in the 11000 block of Parliament in San Antonio on October 8, 2012.
Police have not said why they believe the girl in the Bossier City area.
She is described as 4’2″, 80 lbs, with blue eyes and red hair.
According to preliminary police reports, 43-year-old Jill Kristine Garrett is also missing, and Martinez is considered an endangered child.
