Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged a Grant man on 21 counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, 32 counts of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles along with felony charges.
According to reports from the sheriff’s office, deputies believe Robert Lee Grimes, 47, was involved in an inappropriate relationship involving juveniles.
