According to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office, Raymond Weston, 27, of Alexandria, who is serving time on narcotics convictions, and Ronald Vantress, 48, of New Orleans, who is serving time on felony theft conviction, were located and taken into custody Thursday afternoon, according to the release from the sheriff’s office.
