GRETNA – A St. Tammany Parish man is suing a local car dealer for injuries he received when an employee backed into him at the car lot.
Gary Mitchell filed suit against Metairie Capital LLC, Veterans Ford, Tom Punch and Tower National Insurance Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court on Jan. 18.
Mitchell claims he standing next to his car with his door open in the parking lot of Veterans Ford located on Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Metairie when Punch, an employee of Veterans Ford, allegedly backed into his door and pinned him against the car.
