Since some time yesterday while viewing my site using Chrome it has shifted the #LWN Logo to the left as well as my #CenLa Heart Logo, even though they both should be centered.
I can’t fathom what is affecting these images. Of course I have double checked and double checked to make sure they are centered behind the scenes. Also using the Visual edit mode it looks as it should look.
And apparently it is doing it to the above image and one below. Even though they should also be centered, and look correct in Visual edit mode.
It all looks fine in FireFox and Opera, for the moment.
I’ve had friends check and they report similar issues. Seems intermittent for some with Internet Explorer, showing it correctly one time, and incorrectly the next time. Yesterday it looked fine for me in Internet Explorer, but today it looks like Chrome.
The logo images I haven’t messed with in some time, and certainly didn’t mess with them yesterday. So I don’t know why the sudden issue. It might be a WordPress issue.
If someone could explain to me what the issue is, and how to correct it – I would be very grateful.
I don’t know, and I don’t like it.
I blame gremlins.
