http://www.heritage.org/USAvsYOU | Krister Evertson, a scientist who researched alternative fuels, was driving near his mother’s home when his car was run off the road by a SWAT team with automatic weapons. Although the sodium was properly secured, Evertson spent two years in prison — a shocking miscarriage of justice.
