Shelby Lynn Humphries, 16, is 5-feet-1, with a slim build having green eyes with black and red highlights in her hair.
The release states that Humphries left her residence on Dec. 20 taking her grandmother’s vehicle. The vehicle was located later Friday morning on Barron Chappel Road where it was left abandoned, according to the release.
