New Orleans Police said a man was held up at knifepoint by Charley James, 34, about 7 p.m. Saturday near the 3400 block of Wall Boulevard. James allegedly approached the man and asked him whether he was interested in buying an iPhone. He then brandished a kitchen knife and placed it on the victim’s abdomen before going through his pockets.
