BATON ROUGE- The man accused of killing seven people in a head on crash in East Feliciana Parish will go to trial tomorrow.
The victims’ family members say they will be in court each day to fight for justice.
“We want the DA to prosecute this matter to the fullest extent,” says Marcus Gaines.
Gaines’ mother, sister, niece and four nephews were killed back in May in a head on collision.
Police say 30- year- old Brett Gerald is to blame, and was driving drunk at the time. A friend travelling with the family also lost her life.
Gerald is charged with seven counts of vehicular homicide. Gaines sister, Delia Brady tells News 2 she wants to make sure he’s convicted on each charge.
