BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) –
Two juveniles have been indicted on a charge of first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of a Bossier City woman.
Tremond Thomas, 16, and Randolph Andrew, 17, both of Bossier City, have been charged as adults in the murder of 21-year-old Ieshia Winbush. She was shot to death on Sept. 23 at the Patton Street home of her boyfriend, 22-year-old Taurus Trammel Carter.
