BATON ROUGE – Coupon website, BigTip.com, continues to create problems for area businesses by offering coupons those businesses say they never agreed to.
BigTip says by entering into agreement with Entertainment Publications, one if its partners, businesses are contractually bound to let them offer deals through their website.
Kristen Manske, a manager of Varsity Sports, says she did sign a contract with Entertainment years ago, yet is still listed on BigTip.
“I dont remember signing another contract probably within the last three years,” said Manske.
