BATON ROUGE – Police said a teen robber was shot by his intended victim last night, then arrested after fleeing the scene in Baton Rouge.
The 17-year-old who was shot was taken to the hospital, and Kelly said he’d be arrested once released. The 16-year-old was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center. Both were charged with armed robbery.
