BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) –
An update on the substitute teacher who’s profanity-laced tirade was caught on cell phone video; East Baton Rouge Parish School Board Superintendent Barnard Taylor says the substitute teacher in question is no longer at Glasgow Middle School.
