BATON ROUGE, La., (KNOE 8 News) – In the Washington Post, Governor Jindal has penned an op-ed requesting a meeting with the President to discuss Medicaid reform after the White House has ignored multiple requests from Republican governors.
In the op-ed piece, Governor Jindal says:
“As the implementation of Obamacare unfortunately nears, every governor must decide whether to expand Medicaid. This is not a simple question. Expanding Medicaid will significantly burden state budgets across the country.”
