Texarkana, Texas police say they were sent to the 2400 block of Richmond Road to investigate a suspicious person. Police say they found 18-year-old Devon Martin with an airsoft pistol. Police arrested Martin and charged him with possession of a dangerous toy.
Further investigation determined that Martin had previously identified himself as a Texarkana, Texas police officer by using an actual officer’s business card.
