BOSSIER PARISH, La. (KTBS/KNOE 8 News) – KTBS 3 News has learned that a Bossier Parish 3rd grader has passed away from H1N1 also known as the Swine Flu.

8 year-old Kaitlyn Mills attended Central Park Elementary School in Bossier City.
