The suspect was described as about 6 feet tall with a slim build and blond hair. He was wearing a black uniform with an unknown badge, no name tag and sergeant stripes on his sleeves.
According to the release, the man approached the woman’s vehicle but didn’t identify himself. He asked her to step outside the vehicle, and the woman said she was going to call the sheriff’s office. Deputies searched the area for the man, but could not find him.
If anyone has information on the suspect or vehicle, call the office at (318) 473-6700.

This guy is still out there, and police want him badly. Interestingly Officer Gates said that they don’t know exactly what this man’s motivation is, he hasn’t robbed or raped anyone that they know of, and so it is a bit of a mystery what he is getting out this other than maybe the sheer thrill of doing it.
He drives a white Ford Crown Victoria with red/blue lights on the dash. It has a whip antennae. He is described as 6′ tall, blonde, with a barbed wire tattoo circling his left arm.
