New Orleans, LA: Driver of NAPA Auto Parts vehicle accused of repeatedly running over man

NEW ORLEANS – A local man is suing after allegedly being repeatedly hit by a car owned by a NAPA Auto Parts store.

Frank Nuzzo filed suit against Genuine Parts Company, NAPA Auto Parts and Geico Casualty Company in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on March 1.

Nuzzo was working at Tulane University as the Chief Operating Engineer of Tulane’s power plant at the time of the alleged incident on March 1, 2012. The suit claims that after the vehicle hit him Nuzzo fell to the ground, at which point the vehicle struck and rolled over him multiple times. Nuzzo sustained injuries to his hips, back and shoulder, the suit claims.
