ST. CHARLES PARISH, La. —Deputies in St. Charles Parish are reminding neighbors that they are looking for an elderly man who went missing during Hurricane Isaac.
According to a news release sent out to the media on Tuesday, Antoine Edmond, 93, was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and no shoes on August 26.
