LEESVILLE, La. – The FBI and Leesville investigators say a wanted man, connected to other Cenla thefts, used a tool to pry open registers, and damaging them “beyond usefulness” before taking all the cash from them.
The Leesville Police Department is seeking any information regarding the whereabouts of Roy G. Ramsey. Ramsey is wanted for felony theft and simple criminal damage to property charges committed in Leesville.
Ramsey is also wanted in connection with numerous thefts in several jurisdictions with similar circumstances, investigators say.

A cash reward has been offered by Crime Stoppers to anyone with sufficient information leading to the arrest of Ramsey.
