The District Attorney’s Office looked into this matter and that investigation quickly revealed that the person initially accused of this offense was not responsible for it. The investigation, however, did not reveal any admissible evidence as to who the actual perpetrator was. Accordingly, the district attorney closed the investigation as we determined it was more appropriate to be resolved in a civil court of law.”

The victims had no comment.
