Bossier City police arrested a Shreveport woman after she was caught shoplifting at a local store and then intentionally rammed an employee with a stroller containing two small children.
Patrol officers arrested Brittany Dianne Lafitte, 24, Thursday after responding to a shoplifting call at the Dillard’s store at Pierre Bossier Mall. Store personnel reported seeing Lafitte conceal articles of women’s clothing in a bag and then escorted her to a security office. While in the office, Lafitte reportedly became hostile toward store and security personnel and proceeded to ram a baby stroller that she had with her containing two girls, ages 3 and 1, into a store employee in an attempt to leave the office. The employee was not seriously hurt.
