Woman accused of teaching minor to be a Bourbon Street prostitute

Authorities arrested a 25-year-old Metairie woman Tuesday and accused her of teaching a minor how to be a prostitute on Bourbon Street. Emilie “Bunny” Cook was booked into the Orleans Parish jail on a charge of trafficking of children for sex purposes, records show.
