Harvey, La.- The fight over extending tolls on the Crescent City Connection bridge will now head to court after a citizen action group files a lawsuit. Michael J. Teachworth, the Director of StopTheTolls.Org, filed a lawsuit in the 19th Judicial District Court in East Baton Rouge Parish challenging the results of the CCC toll referendum vote in the November 6th election.
