Man shot, killed in Slidell

Investigators said the incident started when the shooter and the victim, identified only as a 43-year-old black man, were arguing in the parking lot at 36316 Salmen Street about 2 a.m. Sunday. The shooter shot the victim before fleeing in a blue four-door sedan, police said.
