Another city bans saggy pants

Bogalusa is the latest Louisiana city to ban saggy pants with a maximum fine of $500.00 and 30 days in jail.

I guess we can all still wear bathing suits, or is there a law that states there must be a swimming area within a certain proximity of said bathing suit?  When will we ban children from playing in the sprinklers  while wearing their bathing suits because it is too revealing?

I don’t get the whole baggy pants style, I think it’s tacky;  but I don’t think we should be passing laws that dictate morality, fashion, or what we can eat, drink, or smoke.

Oh the horror I can see your undies.  I can go to the beach or swimming pool and see all the cleavage I want.  I see things more revealing on TV, storefront ads, junk mail ads,  and ON THE NEWS.   All of which are more revealing than most people reveal of themselves that I see wearing baggy pants.  I feel the same way about pajamas in public.  I think it’s tacky, but it in no way is as revealing as a bathing suit.

It might be a crime against fashion, but it shouldn’t be considered a crime against humanity.  Don’t we already have too many laws?  Funny how easy it is to get all these new laws on the books,  but it takes a monumental effort to get a dumb law removed.
