Man, 22, Charged With Rape/Indecent Behavior Of 13-Year-Old

Following a detailed investigation, the police department arrested Donovan James, 22, of 126 St. Ann St. in Cottonport on Nov. 20 charging him with simple rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile. James was booked into the Avoyelles Parish Jail.
