A Bunkie woman is accused of almost hitting a person in a driveway, spraying something like Mace at another person and trying to escape a Rapides Parish Sheriff’s deputy in a Wednesday incident, according to a release.
Marquilla Nicole Jones, 25, of 205 N. Lexington St., was arrested and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center on charges of aggravated assault, aggravated battery, resisting arrest and driving under suspension/revocation. She also had a warrant for failure to pay a fine.
