Jefferson Parish: JPSO seeking suspects in Harvey shooting

Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives are seeking information about the suspects in a Thursday afternoon shooting in Harvey. The victim, an 18-year-old boy, was shot in the arm and leg, according to Glen T. Boyd, spokesman for the Sheriff’s Office.

No suspects have been identified. But the shooter may have been riding in a black, four-door sedan of unknown make and model, Boyd said. Detectives are also looking for information about a possible person of interest who was riding a bicycle through the area at the time of the shooting.
