$30,000 in counterfeit items seized in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS (WAFB) –

Federal agents seized 795 counterfeit items as the merchandise being shipped to New Orleans.

The items include fake NFL jerseys, NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL hats and counterfeit designer bags.

Agents with Homeland Security Investigations were able to intercept the shipment as it was being brought into the U.S. from overseas.

No arrests were made.
