LA National Guard identifies material that exploded at Camp Minden

WEBSTER PARISH, LA (KSLA) –

The Louisiana National Guard has released photos from the site of Monday’s explosion at Camp Minden and identified the substance that exploded.

According to a statement released Friday, the substance that exploded was a smokeless powder that does not pose a threat outside of Camp Minden.
