Strange Galaxy (NGC 4550) – Deep Sky Videos

NGC 4550 – a galaxy in the Virgo Cluster – has a strange property that its stars seem to to rotate in opposite directions. Professor Mike Merrifield, from the University of Nottingham, has studied this galaxy in detail.
