Alexandria, LA: Two Arrested for Metal Theft

While traveling northbound on I-49 on Tuesday, an RPSO Supervisor spotted suspicious activity at the J.D. Steel building on North 3rd St. It appeared that a truck and trailer was pulled up behind the building near a trash container and two subjects were loading the trailer.
When other deputies arrived on the scene, they made contact with a subjects, later identified as 40-year-old Kevin Chapman and 26-year-old Amy Rachal, both of Alexandria.
