
SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) –
Police say that just about 10:30 p.m. Monday, the shooting victim was standing outside of a house at the 4100 block of Ester Street in Mooretown when a man began firing shots at the house. The victim, 17, suffered a grazing wound to his lower left leg.
Authorities describe the gunman as a black male, 5’10” to 6’1″. At the time of the shooting, authorities say he was wearing a white muscle shirt, blue shorts and a black hat.
