The player who the Hornets are expected to make the #1 pick in the NBA Draft this week has trademarked the phrases he uses to describe his unibrow.
Anthony Davis tells CNBC he has trademarked the expressions, “Fear the Brow” and “Raise the Brow.”
“I don’t want anyone to grow a unibrow because of me and then try to make money off it,” Davis said.
“Me and my family decided to trademark it because it is very unique.”
Merchandising of Davis’ brow first began during his freshman year at Kentucky. Davis never profited from the sale of “Brow” merchandise because he didn’t want to jeopardize his NCAA eligibility.
