Detectives searching for persons of interest in Elvin Dr. shooting
BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) –
Detectives are asking the public to help identify persons of interest in the Friday night shooting on Elvin Drive. East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s obtained footage from a nearby convenience store shortly after the shooting and are trying to identify the three persons in the video.

BATON ROUGE, LA — Deputies are tracking down suspects in a shooting incident that resulted in the death of a 19 year old man.
East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s detectives responded to a call of shots fired on Friday, June 22 shortly after 11:00 p.m. on Elvin Dr.
Prior to arriving on scene, detectives learned that the victim had arrived at a local hospital by private vehicle. Malcolm Fitzgerald Johnson, 19, of Baton Rouge was later pronounced dead as a result of his injuries.
