Slidell, LA: Man confesses in Slidell crime spree after being caught on video

SLIDELL, La. – 

A man confessed to a crime spree, which investigators with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office said was worth an estimated $50,000.

Jorge Alberto Munguia-Martinez, 32, of Slidell was arrested in the crime spree on Thursday and is being held in the St. Tammany Parish Jail.

Sheriff’s Office investigators have recovered stolen property with an estimated value of $50,000 and placed a Slidell area man under arrest in connection with the thefts.
