New Orleans, LA – The Warehouse District is known for art galleries and museums, but lately some women there have been exposed to much more.
A woman who lives in the area says around 12:30 a.m. on April 7th, she was sitting in the lobby of her building when a man approached. She says he stared into the lobby and began touching himself inappropriately. “He looked pretty short,” said the woman who wants to remain anonymous. “Probably about 5’8′, black male between 30 to 35 years old.”
Lt. Caprera says, even though the reports and descriptions are similar, it’s too early to say whether the indecent exposure in the Warehouse District is the work of one man.
Sightings have been reported near the intersections of Andrew Higgins and Constance, Julia and Constance, South Diamond and Tchoupitoulas and John Churchill Chase and Constance.
If you have had a similar experience, police say you need to contact them as soon as possible.
