Family mourns loved one killed during store robbery

The family of a 20-year-old man laid him to rest just one day after his life was taken during a robbery and murder at the tire store where he worked.

Zaharan Abu Awwad was found shot to death at Tire Discount on Plank Road in Baton Rouge Tuesday around 7 p.m. The gunman remains at large.
