BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) –

A 63-year-old man is accused of inappropriate behavior involving young girls at a Baton Rouge water park.

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office said Rudolph Badeaux used goggles to look at young girls under the water in the wave pool at Blue Bayou Water Park.

According to deputies, Badeaux also exposed himself to the girls.

One mother says the man took it a step further and exposed himself to her daughter.

“She didn’t see the harm at first; just thought it was his private parts hanging out of his bathing suit. But the more she saw, she realized he was doing it on purpose; that he was holding it out,” said the mother of one of the victims.
