Self Taught Engineer Builds Windmill – Supplies Electricity For Village

If he had been in the U.S. he  might not have been able to do it with all the bureaucratic regulations.  Funny how things progress when government isn’t in the way.  I wonder how many birds have died in this windmill?  Ahh well still a cool story despite my snark.  The moral of the story? Books with pictures still have value.
